The character word for this month is respect, and Tristan Legere is a perfect example of being respectful. Tristan uses good manners at all times and is considerate of others and their feelings. He always follows the rules and is kind to all. Not only is Tristan respectful, he works hard, has a great sense of humor, and is an all around great kid. Thanks for being so terrific, Tristan! Ava Screen is the embodiment of respect. She is not only respectful of the adults on campus, she is respectful of her classmates as well. She is also respectful of deadlines for her assignments and works VERY HARD to do her VERY BEST on everything she turns in. She takes her manners with her everywhere she goes and can often be heard saying please and thank you. Of course this is a great display of how we wish everyone would act. This month's Terrific Kid in Mr. Johnston's class is Dakota Shortridge. Dakota is the embodiment of the word respect. She demonstrates respect every day by always raising her hand whenever she has a question, and she always uses her manners by saying excuse me or pardon me whenever she goes anywhere. Additionally she gives her full attention to whatever I am doing. Dakota, you truly are a Terrific Kid!

Abigail Kennedy is our terrific kid this month. She stays positive even when things are difficult for her. She always comes in with a hug and a smile. She constantly works hard and when the going gets tough, she works even harder and isn't easily discouraged. I feel like she is a good example for the other students and me as well!!! Thanks, Abby, for always spreading a little sunshine. You brighten up our days and it is very much appreciated!
